Exercise description

Starting Position: To begin the One Leg Teaser exercise, sit down on a mat with your legs extended straight in front of you. Ensure your back is straight, and your shoulders are relaxed. Place your hands on the mat beside your hips for support. Bend your right knee and place your foot flat on the mat, keeping your left leg extended. Execution: Inhale deeply to prepare for the movement, engaging your core muscles. As you exhale, lift your left leg off the mat, keeping it straight. Simultaneously, begin to tilt your torso backward, balancing on your sitting bones. Continue the movement as you extend your arms forward, reaching them parallel to your lifted leg. Your extended leg and upper body should form a straight line at the top of the movement, resembling the letter "T." Inhale and hold this challenging position for a moment, maintaining balance and control. Exhale as you reverse the movement, lowering your leg and torso back to the starting position with control. Repeat the exercise, alternating legs if desired, to work both sides of your body.
