Starting Position - Active starting position: push up position (plank) - Hands directly beneath the shoulders Execution - Inhale, raise the right leg and extend the foot (plantarflexion), press 2 times toward the ceiling - Exhale and place the foot down - Alternate, lifting the left leg and extending the foot, press 2 times toward the ceiling
