Instruction Roll Down with Rotation
Exercise description
Starting Position - Active starting position: supine - Legs bent - Hands behind the knees, shoulders down and elbows wide Execution - Exhale and roll halfway down - While inhaling, rotate the upper body and circle the arms to the right, return to center with the exhalation - Inhale and repeat motion to the left side - Exhale and return to center; finally - Inhale and while exhaling roll all the way down
