Exercise description

Starting Position Active starting position: sacrum and ribs flat on the mat - Legs bent - Arms shoulder width apart, extended toward the ceiling - Thumbs pointing behind the head, palms facing each other Execution - Inhale and reach the arms toward the ceiling, until shoulders peel off the mat; then - Exhale and let the shoulder blades glide into the mat
