Exercise description
Starting Position - Active starting position: supine - Extend the arms behind the head, keeping lower ribson the mat - Legs together, feet in plantarflexion Execution - Inhale, reaching the arms to the ceiling and releasing the shoulder blades onto the mat - roll the head and upper body off the mat and dorsiflex the feet - Exhale and reach the hands toward the feet, roll up in a smooth motion - Inhale and begin rolling back - Exhale, slowly roll all the way down, plantarflex the feet
