Instruction Dumbbells bench press
Exercise description
Starting position: Lie on a horizontal bench. Raise the barbells. Position your shoulders shoulder width apart, perpendicular to the floor. Turn your wrists so that your thumbs are facing each other. Movement: Maintaining the correct starting position, take a slow inhale and in a motion lower the barbells near the centre of your chest. Then begin to press the weight out, exhaling at the final stage of the movement. At the highest point, stop the movement for a fraction of a second, then start lowering the dumbbells combined with an inhalation. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at a suitable pace.
