Instruction Side walk
Exercise description
Place a rubber band of appropriate resistance under your knees. Perform a quarter squat, then take a set number of steps to one side. Focus on the knee leading the step, not the foot. Return to the starting point, taking the same number of steps, then perform a full push-up to a standing position. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at an appropriate pace.
