Instruction Incline bench dumbbells chest fly
Exercise description
Starting position: Lie on a bench with a positive slant. Lift the barbells. Place your shoulders shoulder width apart, perpendicular to the floor. Tighten your shoulder blades. Turn your wrists so your toes are facing each other. Movement: Holding the correct starting position, inhale and in a slow movement, extend your slightly bent elbows out to the sides until you feel a strong stretch in your chest. Begin to lift the barbells back to the starting position, taking an exhale of air and tightening your chest. As you straighten your arms with the barbells (avoid over-extending your elbows) tighten your pectoral muscle, then begin to extend your arms downwards again. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at an appropriate pace.
