Instruction Battle rope (rope workout) (alternating waves)
Exercise description
Starting position : -Stand slightly apart and with your knees gently bent. -Keep your hands at hip level and the hips themselves pointing backwards. -Alternate raising and lowering your arms as rapidly and intensely as you can. -Keep your back straight and your abdominals tight. -Do the exercise dynamically and remember to breathe correctly.
