Instruction Arm bending, sitting, with hammer grip
Exercise description
Starting position: 1) set the backrest of the bench as vertical as possible 2) sit on the bench and lean against the backrest 3) hold the barbells with a hammer grip (barbell parallel to the body) Movement 1) bend arms at elbows 2) lower arms by straightening elbows Tips 1) try to perform the lowering movement much slower than the lifting movement of the barbells 2) keep your elbows in one position
