Instruction Toe bends on a step
Exercise description
Starting position : Upright position,abdomen and buttocks tight,legs hip width apart, knees minimally bent "on soft legs". With or without weight. Execution : Place a stepladder against a wall,at "arm's length". Feet placed "halfway" on the step. Execute a calf-stretching movement, slowly moving your body vertically downwards. Then dynamically return upwards, tensing the calf muscles as much as possible. Hold the muscles under tension for approximately one second.
