Instruction Arm overhead lift cable extension to sides
Exercise description
Starting position: 1) Grab the lift cords so they are crossed in front of you 2) Take a big step back and assume a stable standing position Movement 1) Raise your straight arms in front of you with the cables in your hands 2) Keeping your elbow joints steady, bring your hands with the cables behind you 3) Drive your arms at a 45-60 degree angle to your body 4) Slowly return to the starting position Tips: 1) Maintain a stable body position 2) Don't rock your body or unleash the ropes by leaning your body backwards.
