Instruction Elbow bending overhead with a barbell on an inclined bench
Exercise description
Starting position: 1) lean against an incline bench but do not sit on it 2) assume a position so that there is a free forehead behind your head 3) lift a barbell held with both hands above you 4) bring your elbows slightly backwards Movement 1) bend your arms at the elbows so that the barbell is behind your head 2) straighten your arms to their maximum extension Tips 1) try to keep your elbows in one place and don't swing them sharply from side to side
