Instruction Push-ups on handrails
Exercise description
Starting position : -Stand with your back to the handrail, then lean forward. -Place your hands on the handrails so that they are parallel to each other and straight. -Spread your legs hip-width apart. Performing the exercise: -Begin by bending your arms at the elbows to lower your torso towards the ground, while keeping your back straight. -Gradually bend your arms until you are deep into a handrail push-up. Try to tuck your elbows in line with your hips without swinging them out to the sides. -Tighten your chest and triceps muscles to return to the starting position. -Repeat the movement, performing the exercise at a smooth and controlled pace. -Maintain muscle tension throughout, avoiding lowering your torso below the handrail line or leaning your body forward. -Do a set number of repetitions, paying attention to correct technique and full ranges of motion.
