Exercise description
Starting position: stand firmly with barbells in your hands Movement 1) lift straight arms out to the sides 2) lower arms towards the body Tips 1) try not to bend your arms too much at the elbows 2) do not drive your arms as far to the sides as possible, let your arms be slightly in front of your chest 3) do not lift your arms as high as possible, stop the movement at the level of your shoulders 4) try not to rock your body 5) bring your elbows behind you, do not rotate your shoulder joints up and down
