Instruction Kettlebell row from the floor (Gorilla Row)
Exercise description
Starting position : -Standing position with your torso slumped so that your torso is perpendicular or almost perpendicular to the floor. -Legs slightly bent at the knees. -Arms straight, perpendicular to the floor, hold a kettlebell which can also be placed on a raised position. Exercise : -Maintaining the correct position, take an inhale and then pull the kettlebell vertically upwards pointing towards your hips.At the same time, bring your shoulder blades closer to your spine. -Pause the movement for a fraction of a second when the kettlebell is close to your hips. -As you exhale, slowly lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position.Put it down on the floor, elevated. -Then perform the movement with your other hand
