Exercise description

Starting position: 1) sit on the crane 2) feet rest on the platform at hip width or slightly wider 3) toes point slightly outwards 4) release the crane locking mechanism Movement 1) straighten legs at the knees 2) return to starting position Directions 1) guide your knees slightly outwards, try not to let them go inwards
