Exercise description
Starting position: 1) put one knee on the bench 2) lean against the bench with one hand (the one on the side of your knee) 3) with the other hand grab the barbell 4) keep the natural curvature of your spine Movement 1) draw the barbell to your abdomen 2) lower the barbell as low as possible towards the floor 3) try not to twist your torso during the movement Tips 1) keep your abdomen tight 2) keep the curl close to your body
