Exercise description
Starting position: assume a position in the leg raises: back against the backrest, forearms resting on the handles, grasp the bars with your hands Movement 1) lift your knees up to your chest 2) try to bend your lumbar region so that your buttocks and lower back pull away from the backrest Tips 1) focus on abdominal tense, not hip flexion
