Instruction Hip raise with barbell
Exercise description
Starting position : Lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, hip-width apart, feet positioned straight ahead Barbell placed on hips,arms hold barbell. Load at current capacity. Execution : Inhale into your diaphragm maintaining correct posture,start the movement by pulling your glutes away,making sure your back pulls away at the same time. Hold your hips in extreme top position for one second. At a slow pace, return to the starting position by lowering your hips to the ground so that you put your weight/hips down to the floor and exhale at the same time.
