Exercise description

Starting position: Lie on a flat bench. Raise the barbells. Position your shoulders shoulder width apart, perpendicular to the floor. Turn your wrists so that your fingers are facing each other. Movement: While maintaining the correct starting position, inhale and slowly extend your arms slightly bent at the elbow joints until you feel a stretch in your chest. Begin to lift the barbells back to the starting position, taking an exhale of air and tightening your chest. As you straighten your arms with the barbells, tighten your pectoral muscle, then take an inhale and begin to extend your arms again. Avoid over-extending your elbows. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at a suitable pace.
