Instruction Arm bending with barbells standing, under hold
Exercise description
Starting position: 1) Assume a stable standing position with the barbells in your hands 2) Lower your arms along your body 3) Grasp the barbells with an underhand grip Movement: 1) Bend your arms at the elbow joint to the maximum bend 2) In the maximum bend position, bring your elbows slightly forward 3) Slowly lower your arms down by straightening at the elbow joint Tips: 1) Maintain a stable body position 2) Don't rock your body 3) Keep a slow rate of descent 4) Straighten your arms at the elbow joint to maximum muscle stretch, not to maximum arm extension
