Instruction Copenhagen adduction
Exercise description
Starting position: Assume a side-lying forearm support position. Foot (located higher) placed on an elevated position. The other leg is visited.Movement: Hold the side-support position and begin to adduct the leg. Focus on not moving your hips up and down. Then slowly lower the leg. Repeat the exercise a designated number of times at an appropriate pace.
