Exercise description
Starting position: 1) Assume a seated position, facing the lift 2) Grasp the lift bar evenly, slightly wider than shoulder width Movement 1) Raise your arms as high as possible, stretch your back 2) Tighten your shoulder blades and draw the bar towards your upper chest 3) Try to bring your elbows slightly behind you, chest out in front of you 4) Slowly return to the starting position Tips 1) Grasp the bar symmetrically so that the weight is distributed evenly on each arm 2) From the starting position, imagine that you want to reach as high as possible and lift your shoulders upwards 3) Try to pull your shoulder blades tight behind you 4) Don't pull the barbell towards your abdomen 5) Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement
