Instruction Farmer walk
Exercise description
Starting position: Standing position, arms holding the weight. Shoulders pulled back, abdominals and glutes should be firmly tightened, and gaze straight ahead. Movement: Keeping your posture tight, start walking. Take small steps, making sure you maintain a steady, relaxed pace. Don't cause your body to bend laterally, lean or stoop as you move. The weight moves flush with your body. Repeat the exercise a designated number of times at an appropriate pace.
