Exercise description

Starting position: 1) Sitting position against the lift 2) Body slightly inclined, stable position 3) Hands on the ends of the rope, elbows slightly forward Movement 1) Maintaining the correct starting position, straighten the arms as much as possible, leading the rope towards the floor in front of you 2) Bending the arms back to the starting position, try to bend the elbows as much as possible Tips 1) Remember to hold a stable position 2) Try to work from full flexion to full extension 3) Control the rate of bending and straightening your arms 4) Keep your elbows slightly in front of you
