Starting position : -Standing position,feet shoulder width apart -Dumbbells in hands, arms extended -Back straight,torso tense,head in natural position,gaze facing forward Execution : -From an upright position, perform a torso drop and place the dumbbells on the floor, perform a forward push-up on them by throwing your legs backwards Then do a push-up From the forward push-up, do a jump with the legs forwards -Then lift the dumbbells off the floor, bring them back behind your legs and throw the dumbbells over your head by straightening your hips -Exercise smoothly and dynamically
