Exercise description
Starting position: Choose a kettlebell weight that suits you, then sit on the floor. Grab a kettlebell weight and hold it in front of your chest. Then tilt your torso back slightly, bring your legs together and bend them at the knees. Raise your feet slightly to reach a balanced sit-up position. Chest pushed forward, shoulder blades pulled back, abdomen and buttocks tight. Back lumbar straight Movement: While remaining in the balanced sit, twist your torso slowly and bring the kettlebell weight towards your right hip. Hold the movement in maximum abdominal muscle tension for a fraction of a second. Then perform the movement in the opposite direction. Repeat the exercise a designated number of times at an appropriate pace.
