Exercise description
Starting position: 1) Sitting position on an adjustable bench (as high as possible), back resting on the bench 2) Feet firmly on the floor 3) Back straight, abdomen taut Movement 1) Maintaining the correct starting position and natural curvature of the spine, lift the barbells on bent arms to eye level 2) Move the elbows slightly forward. 3) By extending your arms, lift the dumbbells above your head to full extension 4) By bending your arms, lower the dumbbells so that your elbow is below your shoulder line. Tips 1) Remember to have a straight back and lumbar region. 2) Control the pace of the movement. 3) Maintain abdominal tension throughout the movement. 4) Keep your elbows slightly in front of you
