Exercise description

Starting position : Standing position,legs about shoulder width apart,feet straight,knees out,back straight,chest pushed forward,shoulder blades pulled back,abdomen and buttocks tight. Execution : Maintaining the correct starting position, inhale and perform a smooth and slow squat so that your hips are below the line of your knees. Then perform a dynamic upward lunge, climb up onto your toes, and hold your calves in tension for a second.
