Exercise description

Starting position: 1) Standing position with barbell on back. 2) Feet approximately shoulder width apart (toes outwards). 3) Hands on the barbell in a wide stance. 4) Chest pushed forward, abdomen and buttocks tight. Movement 1) Maintaining the correct starting position and the natural curvature of the spine, perform a smooth and slow squat to a roughly right angle position, along with a slow inhalation of air.2) Exhaling, stand up to the starting position. Do not overextend the knee joints.3) Perform the designated number of repetitions. Tips 1) Remember to have a straight back and lumbar region. 2) Control the movement of the sit-up. 3) Don't rock your torso (keep stable in line). 4) Keep your head in line with your back. 5) Gaze straight ahead (or slightly upwards). 6) Do not do cat's back. 7) Do not bend at the knees. 8) Stay focused. 9) Don't bring the knees inwards (keep them pointing slightly outwards). 10) Distribute the weight evenly over the whole foot.
