Exercise description
Starting position : -Make a supported overhang under the trx -Erect posture, abdominal and gluteal muscles firmly tightened -Arms straight,slightly wider than shoulder width Execution : -Maintaining the correct starting position, take a breath in and begin to bend your arms at the elbows, pulling your chest up. -During the movement, your shoulder blades are pulled tight. -Stop the movement for a fraction of a second at the highest point -Then, with a calm and controlled movement, begin to lower your body while exhaling. -Do the prescribed number of repetitions.
