Exercise description
Starting position : -Forwards support with feet placed on ball Execution : -From the starting position, start performing hip raises. -Simultaneously bend your knees, bringing them towards your chest. -Hold the position for a fraction of a second at the moment of maximum tension. -Return to the starting position in a controlled movement. -Exercise slowly and precisely. -Make sure your hips do not drop below your body.
