Exercise description

Starting position: Push forward with your feet on the ball Movement: From the starting position, begin performing hip raises. At the same time, bend your knees, bringing them towards your chest. At the point of maximum tension, hold the position for a fraction of a second. With a calm, controlled movement, return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at an appropriate pace.
