Instruction Kneeling with barbell
Exercise description
Starting position : -Standing position,with the barbell held in your hands at shoulder width. -Elbows close to the body Execution : -With a flowing movement spreading your legs outwards, perform a forward lunge with your arms, returning your legs to the starting position bend your arms. -Repeat the movement, then extend your arms upwards, returning your legs to the starting position and bend your arms the same way as a moment before. -Perform the exercise dynamically and smoothly. -Remember to keep your abdominals tight, keep your elbows in so that they do not extend outwards, and keep your arms straight. -Try to keep a fast pace, and focus on breathing correctly.
