Exercise description
Starting position : -Lying position,arms positioned along the torso, hands under the buttocks. -Lumbar spine glued to the floor. -Beard glued to the chest. Execution : -Inhale,lift your legs set at a 45 degree angle. -Execute alternate leg raises up and down -Inhale briefly, keeping your muscles under constant tension. -Tighten abdominal muscles throughout.
