Instruction Abdominal abdominals with a plate (weights)
Exercise description
Starting position : -Lying position,lower limbs bent,angle at knees 90 degrees. -Arms bent with the dumbbell in your hands. Execution : -Bend your torso forward, tensing your abdominal muscles tightly for a fraction of a second, then exhale, leaving the plate on your knees. -Return to the starting position, breathing in smoothly. -Do the prescribed number of repetitions -Tight abdominal muscles throughout the exercise. -Lumbar region firmly glued to the floor. -Execute all with full muscular sensitivity. -Do the designated number of repetitions.
