Instruction Zercher Squat
Exercise description
Starting position : Standing position,barbell placed in front of chest,held on bent arms. Feet about shoulder width apart,toes outwards. Chest out, shoulder blades pulled back, abdominals and glutes tight. Load according to your ability. Execution : Maintaining the correct starting position, inhale, perform a smooth and slow squat so that your hips are below the line of your knees. Then return to the starting position by straightening your hips and knees. Do not overextend the knee joints. Exhale at the end of the movement.
