Instruction Lateral raise
Exercise description
Starting position: Standing position, arms straight (slightly bent at the elbow), positioned along the torso, dumbbells in hands. Fingers pointing towards the torso. Thumbs pointing forwards. Feet slightly apart. Back straight, buttocks tight and weight shifted forward one centimetre. Movement: Maintaining the correct starting position, inhale and lift the dumbbells to the side until your arms are parallel to the floor. Then lower the dumbbells at a slow pace, exhaling as you do so. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at the correct pace.
