Instruction Back push-ups with straight legs (Swedes)
Exercise description
Starting position : -Hands placed on an elevated position, feet resting on the ground, legs straight. -Body in back support, torso perpendicular to the ground. -Arms shoulder width apart. Execution : -Maintaining the correct starting position, inhale and then bend your forearms, lowering your body. -At the bottom position, hold the movement for a fraction of a second, then raise your body through strong extension at the elbows and shoulders and return to the starting position. Exhale at the end of the movement. -Do the prescribed number of repetitions. -Keep your shoulders pulled back and your abdomen tight.
