Instruction Overhead rowing with underhand grip
Exercise description
Starting position : -Holding the barbell held underhand (thumbs pointing outwards) slightly wider than shoulder width apart,bend your legs slightly at the knees and perform a forward torso drop. -Arms straight,positioned perpendicular to the ground. Exercise : -Maintaining the correct position, inhale and then pull the barbell vertically upwards pointing towards your sternum, while bringing your shoulder blades close to your spine. -Pause the movement for a fraction of a second when the barbell is close to your torso. -As you exhale, slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position. -Do a set number of repetitions.
