Exercise description
Starting position and exercise : -From a lying position, perform simultaneous straight leg and arm raises. -Attempt to bring your arms and straight legs together at the highest possible point. -Drop your legs and arms at the same time in a smooth motion without lowering them all the way to the ground. -Try to keep your lumbar region glued to the floor at all times. -Belly and buttocks tight. -Remember to breathe in strongly and diaphragmatically.
