Exercise description
Starting position : Straight back and lumbar region. Kettlebell held with both hands in front of you. Arms straight along the body at all times Tight abdominal muscles Feet wider than shoulder width, toes outwards, as well as knees. Chest pushed forward. Execution : Maintaining the correct starting position, perform a smooth and slow squat, sitting down as low as possible. Maintain the natural curve of your spine and inhale. As you exhale, stand back up to the starting position. Do not perform a repetition at the knee joint.
