Exercise description

Starting position : Position the barbell on your back (upper quadriceps). Legs at the knees straight but without overstretching. Performed without elevation. Execution : From a position where the foot is firmly planted upwards, the heel is extremely low, the toes are pointing to the ceiling, and the calf is firmly stretched, push off from the rise by firmly climbing the toes and stretching the calf After briefly keeping the calf at maximum tension, lower the heels below toe level, again stretching the calf.
