Exercise description

Starting position : Start the movement from a kneeling position on the ground,or on a mat,knees and feet hip-width apart,strong toe climb,back straight,chest pushed out,abdomen and buttocks tight. Execution : From a kneeling position move to a full leg raise,then perform a squat,and return to the starting position. Start the movement with one leg and then the other so that you don't start with the same leg for each repetition. Remember to breathe correctly.
