Exercise description

Starting position: 1) Lie on the floor, arms lying along the body or crossed over the chest Movement 1) Tighten your abdominal muscles and lift your upper body 2) Return to starting position Tips 1) Try not to pull your lower back away from the floor 2) Try to do the lift by tensing your abdominals and slightly bending your back, not by bending at the hips 3) Do not lift into a sitting position
