Instruction Transition from forward push-up to plank
Exercise description
Starting position : -Front support,hands under the shoulders,legs joined,straight,aligned with the torso - parallel to the ground. -Preserved natural curvature of the spine. Execution : -Maintaining the correct starting position, take an inhalation and move from supporting on your hands to supporting on your forearms. -Then return to handstand, starting the upward movement with one arm and the next repetition with the other arm, changing hands on each repetition. -Keep your abdominal and gluteal muscles toned at all times. -While performing the exercise, try not to rock your torso.
