Exercise description

Starting position - Lay on your back with legs bent and place the arms above the head resting on the floor. Execution Exhale move the pelvis posteriorly (flatten the lumbar spine) Inhale tilt the pelvis anteriorly (arch the back) Inhale - Exhale Move the pelvis form front, back, side to side (12,6,9,3)
