Instruction Trap Y raise
Exercise description
Starting position: Lean forward on an inclined bench, positioned 45 degrees upwards. Clasp your feet steadily, with your chest on the bench and your head off the bench. Lower your arms freely down, directly under your shoulders. Movement: lying in the starting position, try to bring your shoulder blades together and pull them down. Keeping your shoulder blades connected and lift your straight arms smoothly to ear height. Hold the movement for a fraction of a second. Keeping your shoulder blades in position, slowly lower your arms at a steady pace, controlling the tension in your back muscles. Return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise a set number of times at an appropriate pace.
