Instruction Flat bench presses
Exercise description
Starting position: 1) lie down on a flat bench with barbells in your hands Movement: 1) raise your straight arms in front of you 2) without bending your arms at the elbows spread your arms out to the sides 3) when your chest is maximally stretched return to the starting position following the same movement path Tips 1) try to keep your elbows at an angle of about 90 degrees to your body 2) don't bump the barbells against each other, keep a small distance between them in the upper phase of the movement
